In the first quarter of 2025, the card battler category showed varied performance across the top applications in Central America, according to Sensor Tower data.

Pokémon TCG Pocket from The Pokemon Company experienced a notable spike in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $344K by the end of January. Weekly downloads began strong at 236K, but showed a downward trend, ending the quarter at around 56K. Active users also saw a decrease, starting at 1.4M and closing the quarter at just over 1M.

Plants vs. Zombies™ Heroes by Electronic Arts maintained a relatively stable weekly revenue, hovering around $1K to $2.5K. Downloads remained consistent, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 21K. The app's active users fluctuated slightly but remained around 150K to 180K.

Pokémon TCG Live experienced a steady decline in downloads, starting at 10K and decreasing to about 4.6K by the end of March. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, averaging around 80K.

Finally, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel saw fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at $11K in early February and settling around $3K by the end of the quarter. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting from 4.8K and concluding at around 2.1K. Active users started at 63K, with slight variations throughout the quarter.
